I’m Samantha Childs from Panhandle Orthopedics. I’m the billing administrator. My name is Nicole Mayo. I am with Panhandle Orthopedics. Modernizing Medicine is like a team effort. I do feel like it’s very innovative and very forward and that’s kind of why we selected Modernizing Medicine because we’re always changing and evolving and we feel like we’re very fast paced and it was almost like somebody that could keep up with this. We feel like it kind of grows with us and goes with us.

I think Modernizing Medicine has been very supportive. I feel like I’ve created relationships with certain individuals within Modernizing Medicine that I can go to and I’ve seen resolution very quickly. Our communication with Modernizing Medicine has been phenomenal.
